Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The following points outline the cancellation and refund policy adopted by Taj Platform:

  • The customer has the right to cancel the package and receive an 80% refund, provided that the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the start time of the first session, and on the condition that no prior modifications have been made to the same package.
  • The customer has the right to cancel a session at least 3 hours before its start time. The session value will be credited to their balance on Taj Platform, and the credit can be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • The customer is not entitled to cancel or request a refund if any session within the package has already been used.
