1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the applications, websites, content, products, and services provided by Taj Platform.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the services.

By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and Taj Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services.

These Terms expressly supersede any prior agreements or arrangements made with you. Taj Platform may terminate these Terms or any services related to you, or generally stop offering or deny access to the services at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law.

Supplemental terms may apply to certain services (such as promotions or events), and such terms will be disclosed to you. In case of conflict, supplemental terms shall prevail.

Taj Platform may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and consent to sharing necessary information (including contact details) with claims processors in case of disputes.

2. Services

The services constitute a technology platform that enables users to arrange and schedule online tutoring and/or logistics services with independent third-party providers (“Third-Party Providers”).

The services are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Taj Platform does not provide tutoring or logistics services directly. These are provided by independent third-party providers.

License

Taj Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use the applications on your device
  • Access related content for personal use only

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sell services
  • Reverse engineer or hack the platform
  • Use bots or scraping tools
  • Attempt unauthorized access

3. Your Use of the Services

User Accounts

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain account security

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

User Conduct

You agree:

  • Not to misuse the platform
  • Not to harm others
  • To comply with all applicable laws

SMS Notifications

You agree to receive service-related messages, with the option to opt out.

Promotional Codes

Promo codes:

  • Must be used legally
  • May expire or be revoked
  • Cannot be sold or transferred

4. Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees for services provided by third-party providers.

  • Payments are processed by Taj Platform as a collection agent
  • Fees are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Taxes may apply
  • You may cancel services before provider arrival (cancellation fees may apply)

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 80% refund if canceled 72 hours before first session
  • Sessions can be rescheduled if canceled 3 hours before start
  • No refund after using any session

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

Taj Platform is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party provider performance
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to 5000 EGP.

7. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.

Disputes shall be resolved:

  1. First through negotiation
  2. Then through binding arbitration

All proceedings remain confidential.

8. Miscellaneous

  • Intellectual property claims must be submitted to Taj Platform
  • Notifications may be sent via email or account
  • Terms cannot be transferred without approval

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
